Germie Angelo Llaguno is a Filipino fashion designer and he was born on October 9, 1997, in Goa, Camarines Sur. The son of a Herman- a Seaman and his wife, Remie- a teacher was originally given the name Germie Angelo Llaguno. As a boy, Germie loved going to the mall just to walk around and see some other clothes. When he see a cheaper clothes at the same time it is suitable in his fashion style, he will surely buy this and try to create anew blend or fashion in his new clothes. Germie studied at Ateneo de Naga University taking Bachelor and Science in Business Administration Major in Computer Management and Accounting.
While studying, he worked as a fashion merchandiser and a sales person at the SM. While working he utilized all the oppurtunity he Soon met Ben Chan, a famous designer who owned a prestigious clothing brand (BENCH). Taken by both the man and his work, Mr. Bench chan set up a display of different clothes created and design by Germie in his event located Makati, Phillipines . When Bench chan released the dress in one of the prestigous hotel in Makati many people are impress about Germie Fashion and desiign.
Germie began designing men's wear in 2019, offering a perfect look for the international jet set of his era. His line was renowned for sexy, yet elegant pieces. IN of 2021, he introduced a simple shirtwaist coat made from “The skin of bat,” a fabric that was made of animal at the same time beautiful. Two years later, he offered the world his most iconic design, it is the SHINING DRESS. It was instantly hit in the Phillipines because of his cheaper price yet elegant and sexy.
In spite of Germie Achievement he never forget to help other people especially the needy. He establish a charity foundation called GERMIE'S HOME where in he help all the hopeless person on the street and give them a shelter and food.
